Welcome! To ensure a luxury experience for all guests, please carefully review the official studio policies enforced by Owner and Lead Artist, Sharrie (Escobar Thee M.U.A.).
1. Retainers & Deposits
• Standard Makeup Appointments: A $30.00 non-refundable retainer is required to secure your spot.
• Hair Appointments: A $50.00 non-refundable retainer is required to secure your spot.
• Bridal & Large Group Events: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required. This secures your date and fully covers your included bridal trial session.
2. Lateness & Cancellation Policy
• 15-Minute Rule: We value your time and ask that you value ours. Appointments are subject to automatic cancellation at the 15-minute mark past your scheduled start time.
• Inconvenience Fee: If scheduling allows us to still accommodate your service after you miss the 15-minute window, a mandatory inconvenience fee will be applied to your final total.
3. After-Hours & Travel Fees
• Standard Business Hours: Our standard studio hours are 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
• Before/After Hours Upcharge: Any appointments requested and scheduled outside of our standard 10am–6pm hours will incur an additional after-hours upcharge.
• Travel Fees: Mobile services require a $100.00 minimum travel fee.
• Right to Refuse Service:
We reserve the right to refuse service to any client, or cancel any active booking, at our sole discretion. We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy for harassment, aggressive communication, bullying, or behavior that makes our staff feel unsafe or uncomfortable. If a booking is canceled by the artist due to policy violations or inappropriate behavior, a refund will only be issued for unearned fees (services not yet rendered), and the client will be permanently banned from future bookings.
